Project Highlights

In this project, I managed the end-to-end development process, starting by working closely with stakeholders to define objectives and scope. I crafted detailed project plans and led daily scrums to ensure all tasks were on track and potential risks were identified and mitigated early. I played a dual role as a Lead Technical Artist and Designer, where I created technical documentation to guide the development team, collaborated with programmers to streamline workflows, and helped build the core framework of the project. Additionally, I optimized the game’s performance across multiple platforms by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions. As a 3D Artist, I oversaw the entire art pipeline—from asset creation to level design—while ensuring high performance and smooth integration, particularly for mobile and VR platforms
