Art Outsourcing Manager

For The Ghost Train, a hidden object PC game developed in collaboration with a Ukrainian studio, I took on dual roles as Art Director and Game Producer. I led the visual development, guiding a team of 2D concept artists to create storyboards and character designs that fit the game’s narrative and vision. I provided reference materials and continuous feedback to ensure the final look met quality standards. In addition to overseeing the art, I was responsible for managing the project budget on our side, ensuring that resources were allocated effectively. I worked closely with the external team, who managed locations, programming, and music. Despite strong progress, the project was ultimately shelved due to financial challenges faced by our Ukrainian partners
