Selected among 5 senior artists to take Sony's MotionBuilder test, and individually completed the task, securing a large-scale project for the company.
Developed workflows for processing motion capture (mocap) data and creating seamless animation loops and transitions for use in the game.
Trained and mentored junior and less experienced animators, teaching them how to work with MotionBuilder efficiently within the established pipeline.
Oversaw the animation team of 15 members, providing feedback and supervision to ensure project deadlines were met and quality control was maintained.
Occasionally stepped in to handle challenging animation sequences when necessary.

Project Highlight
I was instrumental in securing a significant contract from Sony after successfully completing a critical MotionBuilder test that five senior artists from my company were selected to undertake. As the only one to pass, I single-handedly ensured the project’s continuation, which ran for nine months. After securing the project, I developed an efficient workflow pipeline that allowed us to train and integrate less experienced artists into the team, maintaining high-quality output while scaling our operations. The project involved transforming raw motion capture data into polished loops and transitions for in-game character movements, a process that I supervised throughout, stepping in to handle particularly complex tasks when necessary.
